Assistant Sabina Krivec

Sabina Krivec was born in Zabok, Croatia. In July 2014, she received mag.ing. degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. From January 2015, she is with the Department of Electronics, Microelectronics, Computer and Intelligent Systems, as a Research Assistant on the project "High-performance Semiconductor Devices for Wireless Circuit and Optical Detection Applications", sponsored by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport, and led by Professor Tomislav Suligoj.

Her research is focused on carrier transport in low-dimensional III-V electronic devices using semiclassical device modeling. The main objective of her work is understanding of carrier transport in ultra-thin III-V structures and providing an optimal material, channel thickness and mobility improvement method for device performance optimization in terms of digital and RF applications.

She has authored or co-authored 1 paper in peer-reviewed international journals and 3 papers presented on international conferences. She is a member of IEEE Electron Devices Society (IEEE EDS).
